Sarah, a former field service manager, spent years juggling spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper forms while trying to coordinate technicians and keep customers happy. Michael, a software engineer, saw how modern technology could solve these problems but noticed most solutions were either too complex or too expensive for growing businesses.
In 2019, they decided to build the field service management platform they wished they'd had – one that's powerful enough for enterprise needs but simple enough for any team to use from day one.
